You know what’s very quick and simple to install? Not this:

I can have MySQL running in about 10 minutes from a standing start. SQL Server 2008 Express Edition, on the other hand, can’t even open it’s manager without having a “this might take a few minutes” box pop up. And I’ve been bumping heads with the installer for two hours now (how can I just install the manager without installing everything? Joke’s on you, it’s impossible). It’s all installed, finally, but the components aren’t talking to each other.

GRUMPY.

I don’t know where all the content comes from on Tumblr, it all just seems to be reblogs. I just unfollowed someone, and the amount of new posts on my dashboard went from about 8 pages to 1. All reblogs. All animated GIF reblogs.

Even Chrome was all like “nah, I’m takin’ this shit at my own pace. You wanna load 50 GIFs? Then you gotta wait for them”. (In my head, Chrome was talking like Samuel L Jackson. I just wanted to make sure you were rolling with me on that).

I’d love to give some advice at this point, like “hey, reblogs don’t get you followers, idiots”, but neither do I, so, you know, whatever.

Sometimes I just don’t understand why certain articles are posted on IT News site The Register. What does this have to do with anything?
